The promoter of this competition is TQ Centre Ltd. , trading as All Seasons Home & Garden Center, of [Registered Address], Malta (“All Seasons”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).

The competition opens on [opening date and time] and closes at [closing date and time] (“Competition Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

3.1 The competition is open to residents of Malta aged 18 years or over.

3.2 Employees of All Seasons, its associated companies, agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4.1 To enter, participants must, during the Competition Period:
a) submit their prediction of the team they believe will win the FIFA World Cup 2026; and
b) follow the official All Seasons social media page.

4.2 Participants must also share competition post.

4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple, duplicate, incomplete, late, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

4.4 Entries must be submitted through the official competition landing page / designated competition post, as specified by All Seasons.

5.1 One winner will receive one Barbecook BBQ Code: BC-GAS-2036 supplied by All Seasons (“Prize”).If in any case the prize is not available another BBQ will be given with the same specifications or similar. 

5.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative prize.

5.3 The Prize is subject to availability. If the advertised Prize is unavailable, All Seasons reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

5.4 Delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed with the winner. The Prize may only be delivered or collected within Malta.

6.1 Only participants who correctly predict the official winning team of the FIFA World Cup 2026 will be eligible for the prize draw.

6.2 If more than one eligible participant correctly predicts the winning team, one winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.

6.3 If no participant correctly predicts the winning team, All Seasons reserves the right to select a winner at random from all valid entries, or to withdraw the Prize at its discretion.

6.4 The winner will be announced on Monday 20 July 2026 via All Seasons’ official social media channels and/or contacted directly using the contact details provided.

7.1 The winner must respond to All Seasons within [7] days of being contacted.

7.2 If the winner does not respond within this period, is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, All Seasons reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.

7.3 Proof of identity, age and Maltese residency may be required before the Prize is awarded.

8.1 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 All Seasons reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, submits false or misleading information, attempts to manipulate the competition, or acts in a manner deemed inappropriate or unfair.

8.3 All Seasons accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received due to technical, network, platform or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.

8.4 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.5 All Seasons reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel or withdraw this competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, without liability.

9.1 Personal data provided in connection with this competition will be used solely for the administration of the competition, verification of entries, contacting the winner and arranging delivery or collection of the Prize.

9.2 By entering, participants acknowledge that their name and/or social media username may be published if they are selected as the winner.

9.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with All Seasons’ Privacy Policy, available at https://www.allseasons.mt/privacy

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform. Participants release Facebook, Instagram, Meta and any other relevant platform from any responsibility related to this competition.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
